ABOUT TURKEY

We live in Ankara. As you know probably Ankara is the capital city of Turkey.

The Republic of Turkey simply Turkey is a Eurasian country located mainly in the Anatolian peninsula in Asia, with a small portion of its territory located in the Balkan region of Southeastern Europe. Turkey borders eight countries: Bulgaria to the northwest; Greece to the west; Georgia, Armenia and the Nakhichevan exclave of Azerbaijan to the northeast; Iran to the east; and Iraq and Syria to the southeast. The Republic of Turkey is a democratic laic constitutional republic, whose political system was established in 1923. Turkey is a member state of the United Nations, NATO, OSCE, OECD, OIC and the Council of Europe. In October 2005, the European Union opened accession negotiations with Ankara. Due to its strategic location straddling Europe and Asia and between three seas, Turkey has been a historical crossroads and economic centre, the homeland of and battleground between several great civilizations.

ABOUT YUCE PRIMARY SCHOOL

Our School name is Yuce Primary School. In Yuce Primary School, education is provided to boys and girls and it is full day. The number of students is 24-26 in the classrooms. The school is located in a safe, healthy, peaceful and convenient environment. The teaching staff has been selected according to the scientific criterion. Yüce schools, which are a leading learning and education institution in many fields, realize their responsibility to our country's membership of the European Union and international communities. Our institution, always, tries to improve the quality of the education and learning system;and therefore , Yüce aims to collaborate with internationally esteemed learning and educational institutions. Yüce schools research international programs, besides the education programs, developed by the Ministry of Education which are applied in every school in Turkey including Yüce. Yüce has served the young population for 25 years.Yüce proves itself in international fields ,firstly in the European Union. The young who have been educated at Yüce will be the representatives of our country in the European Union and other international fields. Therefore, even now , the programs harmonized with the European Union have started to be approved at Yüce schools. In the direction of this vision, harmonizing studies with foreign education and learning institutions are carried out at Yüce schools. These studies require intense effort; new developments are adapted by using long experiments; in –service training and professional training in and out of Turkey are carried out; seminars, meetings and inspections are carried out with the participation and support of the permanent staff of the institution .

My name is Mete DURLU. I'm 13 years old. My hobbys are playing computer, designing characters and playing guitar. I like playing basketball and football. My favorite music bands are AC/DC, Metallica and Disturbed. I can combine pc hardware. I can reinstall windows software. My favorite graphic card is nvidia. I'm using nvidia 9800 gtx++, 4 gb kingstone hyperx rams, my processor is intel 2.87 ghz quad core, my motherboard is asus. I prefer using windows system. when I will be an adult I want to be an computer engineer.
